PC Satellite TV Box is a TV channel streaming tool for Windows. It allows you to watch quite a few television channels on your computer. There isn't really a final count of available channels, but it looks like there are thousands of them. Channels are divided into categories and you can even look for channels in all the available countries.
PC Satellite TV Box uses Windows Media Player to connect to web streams. It might look like the application does miracles to show you TV channels on your website, but most of those channels are streamed over the Internet for free. And you can possibly connect to most of them using your web browser.
The player allows you to use a few different zoom settings: 50%, 100%, 200%, and Full screen. It has the usual controls for playback, pause, stop, etc. You can't really rewind a stream, though.
Performance-wise, PC Satellite TV Box simply collects all the streams in a nice interface, it does not have a say on quality settings or stream speed. Certain streams will have better quality than others; and some, will fail to start. Most of the channels that I have tried worked well, though.
There used to be a demo version of this application online, but the developers have pulled it off the website. However, you can find it on the web.
